Because digital products are delivered instantly and are non-returnable in the traditional sense, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy as outlined below.

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on the Site are digital downloads (PDF files). Once the purchase is completed and the download link is provided, the product is considered delivered and consumed immediately. For this reason, most digital sales are final.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided, except in the following specific situations:

Non-delivery of product: You did not receive the download link or access to the file within 24 hours of successful payment.
Technical issue with the file: The delivered PDF file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours of your report.
Unauthorized / fraudulent transaction: You believe the purchase was made fraudulently (you must report this immediately and cooperate with any investigation).

Refunds will **not** be issued for:

Change of mind after download
Buyer's remorse

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 7–15 business days to appear in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider).
After a refund is issued, your access to the digital product will be revoked (download link will be disabled).
